There is still no creditworthiness data for business partner &1

What causes this issue?

No creditiworthiness data was found for the business partner selected.
Creditworthiness data is created for a business partner in the
following cases:
If you are in change mode for the creditworthiness transaction. If no
creditworthiness data exists for the business partner, the system
automatically creates an initial record.
If the business partner is dunned or a return is posted with update. In
this case, the dunning program or returns program generates the
corresponding creditworthiness entries for the business partner.
