Posting balance is not cleared (&1)

What causes this issue?

The employee has been rejected because the balance of the generated
posting items has not been balanced.

How to fix this error?

Check the Customizing steps for the <DS:SIMG.OHAXRI031>posting
characteristics</> for the wage types that exist in the corresponding
payroll result.
