Error while calling the EAI Viewer

The integrated viewer could not display the file.

integrated EAI Viewer.

How to fix this error?

Verify in Customizing of Document Management under General Data ->
Define workstation application that your frontend installation a viwe
call is set up for each workstation application as follows:
Enter a viewer call in navigation step
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUOVPSOD25>Define workstation application in networks
</>.
The syntax for the call is in teh F1 help of the field
<DS:DE.APPFD>Application (Path with program name)</>.
