You cannot delete file & on the frontend

What causes this issue?

For this application you have defined that originals are deleted on
presentation computer after they have been stored (checked in) in a
secure area.
An error occured while deleting file &V1& on the presentation computer.

Check whether the file
Exists under another name
Is locked by another user
