What causes this issue?

In the <LS>Environment</> menu, you chose <LS>Sequence of sources</>.
This function is used to display the documents from which you copied
data to the current document or the source document for this document.

System Response

The system checks which document was copied from.

How to fix this error?

The current document was not created by copying from an existing
document.
