PSE does not exist in database

What causes this issue?

The cryptographic keys and certificates required for the application
are stored in a PSE. However, the PSE does not exist in the database.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Create the PSE in the <DS:TRAN.STRUST>Trust-Manager</>.
