Error when making entry in database table DFKKFWKORR

What causes this issue?

The system was unable to carry out an insert to table DFKKFWKORR. At
least one data record should be added that already exists on the
database.
This situation can only occur as a result of a program error.

System Response

The data records from database table DFKKFWKORR were not migrated to
table DFKKFWKORRN for the deferred inverse posting for foreign currency
valuation. All database changes are reset.

How to fix this error?
