What causes this issue?

To configure the system as a quality assurance system you need the
client list of the system &V1&.

System Response

The function terminates.

How to fix this error?

Check the RFC connection to the system &V1&:
Navigate to the system overview of the Transport Management System. To
do this, call transaction STMS and choose <LS>Overview</> ->
<LS>Systems</>.
In the system overview, choose <PF>Connection test</>.
