Revision level & of material & reset for quality reasons

What causes this issue?

You are ordering a material for which there are several revision
levels. The system has determined the current revision level &V1&.
However, this revision level has not been released by Quality
Management and cannot yet be used.

System Response

The system will reset the revision level it has just determined.

How to fix this error?

Continue your processing without a revision level or enter a revision
level on the "Additional data" screen for the item.
