Not possible to determine shipping point for item &1

What causes this issue?

The system was not able to determine a shipping point for the
combination shipping condition &V2&, loading group &V3&, plant &V4& in
the case of item &V1&.

System Response

It is not possible to create a
<DS:GLOS.3526BEB2AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>delivery</> in the Sales and
Distribution component without specifying a shipping point.

How to fix this error?

INCLUDE NA_T160M LANGUAGE EN
INCLUDE NA_SYSADMIN1 LANGUAGE EN
The latter can define a shipping point for the above-mentioned
combination in Customizing for Sales and Distribution.
