Not all contract release orders archived for item &

What causes this issue?

<DS:GLOS.3526BFF7AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>Release orders</> still exist
for contract item &V1&.
If the contract is archived and deleted before the release orders, the
latter can then only be processed to a limited extent.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You should only archive and delete the contract <zh>after</> you have
archived the contract release orders.
