The validity date is being set to the last logon date

What causes this issue?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

You want to set the "valid until" date to a date in the past.
You set the valid until date for user &V1& to &V2&.
The valid until date is before the date of the last logon, therefore
the system has set the date to that of the last logon.
