Maintenance of profile & locked by another user

What causes this issue?

Only one user at a time may maintain an authorization profile.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Try the operation again when the other user has finished working on the
profile.
