What causes this issue?

An action in business address services was incorrectly executed.

System Response

Modifying the user's address may not have had any effect. The other
user attributes are not affected. If this message occurred, for
example, when you were creating a user, although the user was created,
the address is incorrect.

How to fix this error?

The message text contains information about the function module in
which the error occurred and the return code. This information can help
the system administrator (possibly together with SAP Notes) to analyze
the error. The cause is probably a data inconsistency in the business
address services data.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
