What causes this issue?

You want to create a user. You should have already assigned a company
address to the user. When maintaining the user, you can decide whether
or not to keep this address. The default address is usually the
administrator's address. If this does not exist, the system uses the
default address of the client. In this case, the client address does
not exist either.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Create a default company address. You should replace this address with
the valid company address when maintaining the user.
