Password is not long enough (minimum length: & characters)

What causes this issue?

The password must have at least 3 characters. The minimum password
length can also be larger depending on the system parameter
login/min_password_lng.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Choose a longer password.
