Program error: Invalid call of function module DEQUEUE_ALL

What causes this issue?

Mass postings were active at the time of termination. The posting
processes lock specific keys (for example, number ranges, reconciliation
keys) to prevent them being used in processes that are running in
parallel.
The set locks were deleted by an invalid call of function module
<LS>DEQUEUE_ALL</>. This can cause inconsistencies in the system. The
current process was terminated to prevent this.
Function module <LS>DEQUEUE_ALL</> was called in
program &V1& in routine &V2&.
