You cannot reset clearing for document &1

What causes this issue?

Document &V1& has cleared an item with a zero amount. Resetting this
clearing would lead to an open item occurring with a zero amount.
However, open items with a zero amount are not permitted.

System Response

Error message. Clearing cannot be reset.

How to fix this error?

Check whether you can post a reversal instead of resetting clearing.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
