Why is the CDS view better than AMDP in ABAP for SAP HANA?

There are some reasons to prove Core Data Services (CDS) view is better than ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP) in ABAP for SAP HANA.
The first reason is the ability to reuse the SAP HANA database artifact in CDS view. The second reason is more advanced features like Associations and Annotations in CDS view. The third reason is the client handling feature in CDS view.
