What's the difference between SAP Cloud Platform & Cloud Platform Cockpit?

There is indeed a difference. The SAP Cloud Platform is the service provided by SAP to develop and integrate applications. The SAP Cloud Platform Cockpit is the service enabler to access SAP Cloud Platform service.
As an example, we use Eclipse IDE to develop Java applications. Similiarly, you can use the SAP Cloud Platform Cockpit to leverage the SAP Cloud Platform.
