What are SAP ABAP editors?

There are two SAP ABAP editors. The first one can be used by the SE38 transaction. The second one can be used by the SE80 transaction.
In SE38 you can develop programs and view ALV reports and do all the basic developments. In SE80 there are additional features like developing packages, function groups, module pools, classes, programs and Business Server Pages (BSP) applications.
