Background
Our client, one of the largest consumer goods companies in the world, upgraded to ECC 6.0 and needed to train a large group of users on their new Capital Investment Management process. 

Users were spread all over the world - onsite training would have been prohibitively expensive and generic SAP training simply didn't cover the business process accurately. Further, our client wanted more than just a one-time training course to address new training needs when they arise (i.e. new employees, job transferees, etc.).

Solution
Michael Management developed a curriculum together with our client to cover all user functions of the business process and developed over 55 custom simulations.

The user training was deployed globally and now lets users train whenever and wherever they are. Users can take the training as many times as they want since it is available 24/7.
