Can I create CDS views?

Yes, you can create CDS views as long as you use Eclipse with our SAP Access. You'll want to purchase an S/4HANA ABAP package to do this. However you should keep in mind that we do not offer HANA studio as part of our SAP access plans and we do not allow access to HANA DB.
