I was formally a developer on the CRM team supporting Salesforce applications for my company. Because SAP is our ERP system, I am using Michael Management courses as a means to broaden my knowledge of it. I have extensive experience in SAP PI/PO integration middleware. In my past life I was an IBM developer and manager of a team of developers on the AS/400 platform. I have intense interest in maximizing the IT investment for companies and in continual process improvement not only for software but for the business and IT support teams using it.
