What causes this issue?
You have entered an exchange rate for the local currency. Since payment
is made in local currency, there is no need to convert this amount.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
How to fix this error?
Delete the local currency exchange rate.
