How to fix this error?

Check whether your modifications are uncritical for the automatic
compare and the dialog compare, using the compare criteria catalog in
the help for transaction "Generating table maintenance dialogs" (SE54).
Set the comparability flag in the header entry to "not comparable" or
"comparable in dialog", if appropriate.
