What causes this issue?

Historical data for remanufactured products is incomplete (destination
location &1& product &2&).
During substitution of remanufactured products, the purchase order
history (PRs, POs, and scheduling agreements) forms part of the
calculation of capacity restrictions. There is no complete purchase
order history for unused capacity during the validity extension period.
This is the case for newly introduced products provided there is still
no purchase order history during the validity extension period.

System Response

For the period that there is no available purchase order history the
system presumes that the ordered quantity is zero. This means that the
capacity of the supplier is only used up by purchase order data (PRs,
POs, scheduling agreements).

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
