What causes this issue?

No KM directory has been specified for portal destination &V1& for the
cache of precalculated BI documents (table RSPOR_T_PORTAL; field
KM_BI_PAGE_CACHE). This means that portal for this portal destination
cannot be used as a cache.

Specify the KM directory for the cache for portal destination &V1& .
