Missing secondary record for infotype &1 key &3

What causes this issue?

The system attempted to read secondary data on the data record with key
&V3& of infotype &V1& from the &V2& infotype. No data was found.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Inform your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administrators

If an infotype is stored as an infotype view (settings in tables T582V
and T582W), the system creates a data record of the secondary infotype
for each data record of the primary infotype. Conversely, such a data
record must exist when the system reads data. This is not the case
here. Try to determine how these inconsistencies occurred.
Since standard SAP transactions normally ensure data consistency
automatically, you should also consider the following causes:
The table settings for tables T582V and T582W were changed. However,
existing data was not updated.
The system wrote data directly to the database using a customer program
to bypass the standard SAP transactions.
