No time zone maintained for user &1

What causes this issue?

The check tool was unable to retrieve a default time zone for user &v1&.
Some Information Worker scenarios require users to have a default time
zone for correct processing.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

This check is not relevant for all Information Worker scenarios -
correction is optional.
Maintain a default time zone for user &v1&. Start transaction SU01 and
open the data of user &v1&. Go to the 'Defaults' tab and maintain the
'Personal time zone of the User'.
