What causes this issue?

You cannot destroy all relationship types with archiving object
HRPD_PREL because some relationship types are destroyed using different
archiving objects.

System Response

If a relationship type is not allowed, the system issues a message when
the relationship types are assigned to archiving subobjects

How to fix this error?

Remove the selected relationship.
