What causes this issue?

In the time period selected for data destruction, dependent data records
still exist for the personnel number in infotype &V2& for Personnel Time
Management. The data of infotype &V3& cannot be destroyed until after
this period has ended in order to avoid data inconsistencies.

The data is not destroyed.

Delete the data for infotype &V2&.
