Row &: A key figure set does not exist

What causes this issue?

The checked report contains several row blocks. A key figure set is
defined in at least one of these row blocks, but a key figure set
definition is missing in another row block.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Insert a key figure set in each row block of the report.
