Planned Outages
We try to keep the SAP systems up 24/7 but just like everyone else we have to perform routine maintenance, upgrades and offline backups which require system outages. In addition, we are not immune to unscheduled outages and/or hardware & software problems. We will announce any scheduled outages in advance whenever possible.
