New Depreciation Area Program
Problem
The standard SAP program to create
a new depreciation area for existing assets does not include retired assets or
Asset under Construction (AuC) which creates significant reporting problems. Further,
the report can not be limited to specific company codes or asset numbers.
Solution
We have enhanced the standard
program so that it does include retired assets and AuC. Also, we have added
selection criteria so that the program can be run for specific company codes or
assets only.
