By using our website and/or buying our products & services you agree to the following terms & conditions.

1. Access to our SAP system is for personal use only. Commercial activity is not allowed with our public SAP remote access packages. 

2. You may not copy, distribute, or sell any information you receive in connection with purchasing our products & services.

3. We do not give refunds for any unused portion of SAP access packages or other subscriptions.

4. SAP remote access accounts, training subscriptions, login information and any other material you receive in connection with your account may not be shared among individuals. All user IDs are for single student access only and cannot be transferred once they have been started. 

5. SAP training courses can be accessed from up to 2 computers (i.e. a work computer and a home/laptop computer) to prevent unauthorized access. Prior authorization for each computer is required before training courses can be accessed. Your computer must accept cookies to be authorized. Do not delete or otherwise move these cookies as this will invalidate your authorization. All authorizations are subject to MMC's review and approval.

6. Any activity designed to circumvent existing security measures or destructive activities that negatively impact system performance, stability or reliability will lead to immediate account termination without refunds of the unused portion of access.

7. Access to certain SAP transactions, such as user maintenance, security & authorizations, ABAP Workbench and system administration, is restricted.

8. We do not provide desktop, configuration and/or OSS note support as part of our SAP access subscriptions.

9. All SAP Access subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancelations must be received by our office prior to the renewal - we cannot cancel subscriptions retroactively. To cancel, simply send us an email. If you don't want your subscription to renew automatically send us an email.

10. You agree that Michael Management Corporation's liability in any situation is limited to the amount of one month of SAP access.

11. 100% Satisfaction guarantee: You can try our products & services for 10 days - if you do not like them simply tell us in the first 10 days and we'll issue a full refund to your account. Note: We cannot issue any refunds after 10 days or for training courses that you have completed.

12. Violations of these terms & conditions can lead to immediate loss of access privileges without notice and without refunds of unused portions of access.
