Michael Management: Appropriation requests approval- workflow

   Hello,

Is there a way to see if the Appropriation request was approved and by whom in case of multiple approvals? Obviously, I can see when APR was completely approved or rejected, etc. but can we see something like this:
Approver 1: Approved
Approver 2: Approved
Approver 3: For approval (so not yet approved and requestor can follow up with this person)

Alternatively, is there a workflow modification required?

	Standard delivered a user can look at the workflow log to see what the status is - however it isn't the easiest thing for an end-user to decipher. Not saying this is the best solution, but we ended up creating a custom report that gave us the information with who has approved, rejected or is still pending. It also showed if a work item was redirected. Roberta

	Hi Roberta, Thanks for the quick reply. As far as workflow log, do you refer to transaction SWI1_COND? One other question: if we create an appropriation request, send it for approval and then the approver name is changed in the appropriation request, is worflow going to send it for approval to this new name automatically or do I need to trigger it in workflow? It happends often that users assign one name in APR, send it for approval and then realize they entered incorrect name. The other scenario is that approver is not available and someone else needs to approve, but APR was already send for approval. Thanks, Andrej

	Hi Roberta, Standard Report SWi6 shows me the workflow log. But it gives a lot of other information in which user may not want. Can you please share your custom report which gives the information with who has approved, rejected or is still pending? This is exactly what we want. Thanks in advance. Regards, SATYAJIT
