It allows you to add an asset to the books that was acquired in previous years and to enter historical cost and accumulated depreciation (or have the system calculate depreciation for you automatically).</DIV><DIV>Hope this helps,</DIV><DIV>Tom</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>]]>
